Is Hypnosis dangerous?

Hypnosis is not dangerous. It is simply a relaxed state of mind that we usually enter into naturally about 3 times a day.

 

Can the client be made to do something against their will?

No, if the Therapist suggested something that the client was unhappy about they would and could simply refuse. You have the ability to awaken and open your eyes at any time. Remember you are not asleep, you are just totally relaxed

What are the effects of Hypnosis?

The effect of Hypnosis is that negative thought patterns reside only to be replaced with new positive ones, thereby changing behaviour. It is a Powerful and safe tool that is a clinically proven to allow positive change to your life.

What happens during Hypnosis?

During hypnosis, your body and conscious mind are in a relaxed state while your subconscious mind remains awake and receptive to suggestions. You will always be in control, free to reject or accept any suggestions given.

Will I be forced to accept the Therapists suggestions?

No, Your subconscious is there to protect you and you will not accept anything that goes against your belief system or morals.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes, if they want to be. The Therapist cannot hypnotise a client against their will.

What does Hypnosis feel like?

It just simply feels like a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

Can i get stuck in Hypnosis and never wake up?

No, there is no documented case where a person could not be awakened, Hypnosis is a voluntary state which we choose to enter and we are at all times able to stop it and end the session if we so wish too.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is used when a client is in a relaxed state of Hypnosis. Suggestion and in some cases, analysis is used to make beneficial and positive changes to the client. As Therapists we have many therapeutic methods to bring about these changes.

How many sessions will i need?

This varies from person to person depending on what the condition is. Most commonly 2 to 6 sessions. This can usually be determined at the initial consultation.
